Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZeroX MT LLC ("ZeroX MT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website and our performance-advertising services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact & enquiry details — such as your name, email address, company name, and any message you send when you fill in a form or email us.
- Order & billing details — when you purchase a service, checkout is handled by our payment processor (Whop). We receive confirmation of the transaction (amount, status, and the email associated with the purchase). We do not receive or store your full card number — payment card details are entered directly into the processor's secure form.
- Account & onboarding information — details you provide when we begin an engagement, such as business information and access to the advertising accounts you ask us to manage.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies & tracking.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and services;
- Respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- Process transactions and send related confirmations and receipts;
- Set up, run, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns for clients who engage us;
- Maintain the security and integrity of our website and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where required by law, we rely on a lawful basis for processing — including performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Advertising platform data
When a client authorizes us to manage their advertising, we access those accounts through the official APIs of advertising platforms, including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google. Through these integrations we may access campaign, creative, audience configuration, and performance data belonging to the client's account.
We use this data solely to deliver the services the client has engaged us for — for example, building and optimizing campaigns and producing performance reports. We access it under the permissions the client grants, use it only for that client's benefit, and do not sell it or use it for unrelated purposes. Access tokens obtained through these integrations are stored securely and are revocable by the client at any time through the relevant platform.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers — companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Whop), hosting, and analytics, under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing those services;
- Advertising platforms — where you are a client, with the ad platforms you have authorized us to operate, for the purpose of managing your campaigns;
- Legal & safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ZeroX MT, our clients, or others;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies & tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions. Where required, we request consent for non-essential cookies.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (under the GDPR) and of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including — for California residents — the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as defined by these laws.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at private@zeroxmt.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection as required by applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
